I recommend airbrush make-up for any day that you may be under stress, lights or cameras!! Airbrush Make-up is a silicone based make-up that is lightly misted on the face as foundation. Its lasting power is much longer than traditional make-up and stays picture perfect for up to 18 hours. It’s a great choice for the hot months to combat humidity and shine. Airbrush make-up was originally made for high def television so therefore gives flawless coverage. Here are a few examples of my recent brides who are wearing airbrush make-up. If you are a bride thinking about getting your make-up done for your wedding day….call now to book your pretrial to ensure availability for your big day!!
New Academy Classes and Make-up Workshops Coming for Fall and Winter
Monday, July 11, 2011
Posted by Sharyn Scully at 5:59 AMMany new or aspiring artists are always asking me, “Where did you go to learn how to do make-up?”
There aren’t any make-up classes or make-up workshops in CT. My response is I took the long road working for several companies and seeking out classes and other artists that were certified and obtained 23 certifications to date. There isn’t a make-up studio in Fairfield county Connecticut that teaches the different fundamentals of technique, sanitation, or has specific workshops for those who are looking to up their game. Thus, my inspiration to add Academy Make-up Classes to my studio. Each student will receive a certificate of completion per class taken.
Some of the workshops and seminars include: Make-up 101 for Beginners
Make-up 101 for Beginners
Airbrush Basics 101
Eyelash Extension Class
Basic Bridal
Marketing as a Make-up Artist
How to build a Make-up Kit
Check my website http://www.atouchofcolormakeup.com/ under academy classes and seminars for current info!
